Job description

    Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences, follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
    Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
    Manage, Follow-up & Update content of Social Media accounts based on management directions
    Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales prospects & Accounts, Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
    Assisting Human Resources department with personnel databases , payroll and recruitment.
    Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
    Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed

Job requirements

    Bachelor degree is a must
    Males only from 22 to 29 Years
    Good command of English language & Computer Skills
    Strong listening & presentation skills
    Excellent communication skills.
    Good appearance.
    1 to 3 years previous experience in administration field or in a relative field is preferable
