Job description

    Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing such as Online, Social Media, Email, Push, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Display, Associates, Mobile Marketing, Influencer Partnerships and more to drive customer engagement and improve conversion, repeat rates.
    Work on leveraging programs and services to grow the business, drive experimentation, improve performance-level metrics and downstream business impact.
    Create effective digital campaigns to help manage programs and services efforts designed to drive a mix of revenue generation, new customer acquisition and high-value actions (such as app downloads, recurring purchases and first purchases on programs). Digital campaigns cover Online and Social Media.
    Collaborate with the business and IT teams to identify trends, new technology and share recommendations to improve and develop mobile UI/UX and content that drives customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the competition.
    Perform analysis to find pockets of growth backed by data. Apply expertise in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization to see beyond the numbers and help provide insights.
    Work with tech members in the IT team to ensure the implementation of key integrations across app & website to optimize results and help the marketing team achieve data driven campaigns .
    Conduct social media analysis to identify the firm’s performance in terms of engagement, follower base, targeting, ROI, etc. to ensure the adaptability of the strategy and the brand roadmap.
    Work closely with the business to understand their roadmaps and assess opportunities. Assist management in undertaking analytical deep dives when appropriate. Develop and own easily consumable, visualized dashboards of key metrics for stakeholders and executives with actionable insight call-outs.
    Design structured campaign tests, define success criteria, manage budgets, and analyze results; find new ways to automate successful initiatives.
    Track, measure, and report on asset results, reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.
    Conduct industry benchmarks and competitive research on other BNPLs to influence decision-making and planning and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
    Appoint and Manage agencies that can help us improve and grow our digital activities. Work closely with key providers like Facebook, Google, etc. to ensure capturing any digital opportunities
    Work Closely with Key Partners to monitor valU campaigns, media plans to ensure proper implementation, cross posting & best digital implementation to achieve results
    Prepare Campaign Performance & Analysis reports for the business
    Manage Websites and Chat-bots:
    Work on a website revamp ensuring content is up to date and data is well presented, design is fresh and embodies the brand’s identity, browsing experience is friendly, in addition to managing all SEO and SEM functions.
    Create engaging content, secure leads and interact with our audience in a timely manner.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise the design and implementation of dialog management for the chat-bot; work with an agile mindset to identify and create effective dialogues that drive engagement and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication
    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position with digital experience.
    Strong analytical skills; able to convert raw data into actionable insights and provide recommendations for senior leadership.
    Strong project management and organization skills. Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment; ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    Excellent command of Arabic and English.
    Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening). Interact with and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Uses communication as a mean of influence in order to achieve one’s goals. Gets the best out of the job by giving clear and direct feedback. Keeps one’s manager informed about progress and problems to avoid surprises. Adjusts style, tone and content as is appropriate to the audience and situation.
    Able to build partnerships and work well in teams. Identifies potential for collaboration and partnership and cultivates relationships accordingly, both across the firm and externally. Involves individuals from diverse backgrounds and proactively shares information and experience. Uses different approaches to achieve positive outcomes. Gives room for others to express their opinions and deals with conflict in a calm and constructive manner.
    Must be a ‘doer’, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment.
    Comprehends issues, identifies problem factors, and checks assumptions against facts. Generates creative solutions and keeps sight of macro and long-term consequences of decisions. Gathers relevant information, analyses to highlight trends, issues and potential solutions before making a decision. Has the courage to make necessary decisions.

    Visionary and able to plan for the brand’s expansion and setting up new assets as needed
    In depth knowledge of social media platforms best practices, and website analytics; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
    Solid Experience in:
    Driving substantial digital marketing results in B2C e-Commerce customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation.
    Setting up structured marketing tests, campaigns and analyzing results for actionable insights
