Job description

    Job Purpose:
    Serves customers by selling training products; meeting customer needs.

    Duties:
    •Handling the clients who are primarily government, Training Providers, Schools, and Universities…etc.
    •Meeting sales targets on a month-on-month basis.
    •Obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
    •Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
    •Organize pre/post adoption presentations and do product training sessions, when needed to gain or support adoptions.
    •Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, weekly sales pipeline, and weekly, monthly, and annual territory analyses.
    •Regular email and telephone contact with key contacts.
    •Minimum 10 targeted visits per week.
    •Carry out other routine administrative duties as required
    •Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    •Follow – Up : Offer full service to above market by arranging for complementary books to be sent to Trainers/Instructors/training managers, HR Managers…etc. as per their request and corporate policy, as well as supplementary materials e.g. Trainer’s books, etc...
    •To gain or support adoptions
    •Pre/post adoption presentations.
    •Follow up on delivery and evaluation of sample copies in market. – Report to manager for follow up.
    •Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    •Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    •Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    •Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
    •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
