Job description

    As a part of Retail Credit and collection strategy you will be responsible for:
    Take part in data-driven projects from definition to execution, from defining metrics to communication actionable insights.
    Conduct detailed data analysis on data across multiple data sources used across business units, to evaluate business processes and identify key insights.
    Ability to deliver complex analytical output to a non-expert audience.
    Develop dashboards and general data visualization using MS Excel
    Regular interactions with stakeholders to understand their challenge and recommend solutions from data.
    Present conclusions to multiple stakeholders in clear and concise manner.

Job requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, statistics, information systems, actuarial science or engineering.
    Hands on experience in data analytics, statistics, machine learning, information systems or any related fields.
    Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel and Access is a must.
    Relational database concepts understanding is a must.
    Solid knowledge of data visualization concepts and best practices is a must.
    Hands on experience in extracting and manipulating data using structure query language (SQL, MYSQL… etc.)
    Understanding of reporting and creating dashboards using Excel, PowerBI or Tableau.
    Familiarity with gathering data from different sources.
    Hands on experience in any scripting languages (R, Python) is a plus.
    Basic understanding in classical machine learning models is a plus.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Self-paced, ownership and leadership skills.
