Job description

    1-Follow up all project documents cycle start from beginning of the project to the end.
    2-Review distribution of drawings to all relevant staff/sections via Document Controller under internal document distribution system.
    3-Update and evaluate the logs for all items for all phases of project.
    4-Assists Technical Office Manager in presentations/letters to the customer/company management.
    5-Participate in all of logs reports for all operation sections.
    6-Responsible for file validation and document controlling. Before submitting a document or a file it must first be checked to be completed in copies, signed and stamped with proper stamp (IN-OUT).
    7-Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents.
    8-Creating and submitting regularly updated logs including all project documents in the standard forms such as material submittal log, shop drawing submittal log, Inspection request log….etc.
    9-Receive, file, copy and internally and externally distribute both paper and electronic versions of all documents/ Drawings.
    10-Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc. before submitting it to the nest department to avoid confusion.
