Job description

    Responsible for designing and delivery of all IDH Employee benefits, and the marketing and communicating of reward programs and benefits that designed to achieve IDH Employee satisfaction and maintain positive work environment.
    Design and develop engagement, recognition programs and different benefit projects.
    Responsible for drafting and updating policies of IDH benefits and rewards.
    Responsible for handling the medical insurance process in terms of; refunds, administrative work, and policy.
    Follow up on medical cases according to IDH internal policy in terms of financial dues and refund.
    Negotiate and establish agreements with best suppliers, grantee best benefits programs at lowest cost.
    Handle employee’s inquiry about their benefits & handling all related complaints & concerns.
    Perform regular awareness campaigns about IDH benefits programs and engagement projects.
    Work with the payroll team to manage all benefits deductions.
    Responsible for all needed preparations/ logistics for engagements & Employees events.
    Assess employees needs and desired benefits by conducting organizational surveys.
    Conduct feedback surveys to measure effectiveness of implemented project and provided benefits.
    Analyze collected data to determine which engagement techniques are succeeding and which ones need to be revamped.

Job requirements

    Bachelor’s degree of Mass Communication or Marketing.
    From 2 to 4 years of experience.
    Excellent computer skills.
