Job description

    Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact internally and externally on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Chairman. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams as well as Clients and Business Partners; organizes and coordinates both business and personal matters for the Chair and CEO.
    The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on specially assigned projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

    • Discrete, reserved and able to handle business, personal, and family information with the highest level of confidence.
    • Professional in Appearance & Attitude
    • Highly organized, Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritise
    • Self-Directed with Sound Judgment and confidence
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external staff
    •Ability to handle work in a demanding business environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, able to supervise Social Media web specialist.
    • Excellent Arabic and English language skills {written and spoken}, with ability to translate between both; Good command of French {written}.
    • Very good understanding of business terminology and special documentation, capability to read, edit and/or summarise reports, contracts, bank drafts, LGs, LCs, LOI, MOU etc…
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form in English, Arabic and French
