Position Summary:
Faculty Coaches work onsite with clientele of up to 10 faculty at one of our Partner Colleges—two year men’s technical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) which have volunteered to participate in a 3 5 year, comprehensive transformation project (the Capability Building Project, or CBP) involving upskilling of faculty and staff as well as substantial investments in college capability building. Primary responsibilities are to build relationships and work closely with faculty to ensure that they design and proceed successfully through a multi year Personal Learning Plan that is compliant with their personal objectives as well as CBP professional development (PD) objectives
Develop, assess, and supervise personalized learning plans for college faculty.
Coach faculty clients individually and in small teams, including motivating clients, providing feedback, diagnosing obstacles, identifying effective remedies for those obstacles from among the diverse project resources, and coordinating the effective provision of those remedies to the client.
Assess faculty performance according to CBP standards and report performance regularly to the client and to the Provider Head.
Collaboration — Work collaboratively with staff throughout the project to ensure proper service delivery and client satisfaction.
