Job description

    As Jobzella is growing and expanding to the main GCC Countries, we are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing with solid background in the online/career industry who is going to be responsible for building, planning and implementing very efficient marketing and communication strategy.

    Duties include:

    •Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
    •Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
    •Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital and offline marketing, and PR.
    •Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
    •Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
    •Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
    •Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials
    and programs.
    •Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media
    reputation and recognition.
    •Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
    •Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
    •Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
    •Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC, and affiliate programs.
    •Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
    •Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
    •Managing the redesign of the company website.
    •Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
    •Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital and offline marketing activities.
    •Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
    •Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
    •Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
    •Measure and report performance of all digital and offline marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    •Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    •Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    •Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    •Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Job requirements

    - MBA degree is a plus.
    - Min +7 years B2B and B2C experience with a leading online company.
    - Strong analytic capability with conversion analysis experience.
    - Demonstrated proficiency with multiple channels of demand generation, including, but not limited to email, website, PPC, SEO, SEM, Social, email, telemarketing, affiliate programs and offline activities.
    - Experience in career/recruitment industry is a plus.
    - Experience in writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans.
    - Experience in the GCC Countries is a plus.
