Job description

    Strategic Role:
    Manage all trade channel activities that includes distribution & wholesale.
    Analyzing information concerning competitors’ activities, offers, market segment, trade developments.
    Formulates sales goals and strategy and directs their execution to achieve trade channels’ objectives.
    Sharing with other departments to enhance Sky Product portfolio.
    (B) Operational Role:
    Reviews and analyzes the operating results of each location and recommends required action (i.e. promotions, marketing activities, expansion, cut-downs, etc.) as deemed necessary.
    Develops and communicates timely, complete and accurate sales forecasts and other sales and marketing data that contributes to the effective deployment of sales resources to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
    Establishing & managing effective distribution network to increase sales and profitability through maximization of company resources usages.
    Budgeting & managing the expenses of the distribution channels.
    Reviews with area sales managers & channel managers their sales plans and budgets and co-ordinates with them implementation of programs to meet the plan.
    Ensure effective stock levels & rotation of all times.
    Develops and implements pricing schemes for all products and services based on market and competitors’ analysis, which should increase the sales and profitability of the Company.
    (C) Managerial Role:
    Prepares and reviews the daily sales and collections reports.
    Evaluates the performance of subordinates and seeks improvement in their capabilities.
    Sharing with HR team to hire required calibers.
    Plan & support subordinates to enhance their ranking through promotion and/or rotation.
    Coaching his direct reporters on managerial tasks.
