Job description

    • Create manpower plan (With budgeting) according to company's business plan and in coordination with departments' heads.
    • Design recruitment plan regarding to vacancies available.
    • Create Job profile including job description.
    • Managing the recruitment process.
    • Conducting job interviews for the managerial job.
    • Managing and developing the team of HR Recruiters.
    • Maintains an updated and organized CV Bank & Recruitment Tracker of applicants.
    • Open new hiring sources regularly.
    • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
    • Prepare and maintain job documentation, and job evaluation systems complete salary survey questionnaires.
    • Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
    • Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
    • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
    • Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, and manual filing systems.
    • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
    • Assists managers and supervisors in conducting performance appraisal sessions.
    • Maintains the performance appraisal records of all employees.
    • Manages internship program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring internship job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
    • Conducting Exit Interviews, Analysis the reasons of turnover and submit a plan with actual problems.
