Job description

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
    • Administrate infrastructure, including Sophos firewalls, Cisco Switches & databases.
    • Handle backups of data.
    • Handle ERP system if needed
    • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
    • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
    • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN).
    • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

Job requirements

    • Have experience in Sophos firewall.
    • Have experience in Cisco Switches.
    • 3 years’ experience in the field.
    • CCNA Certification.
    • MCSE/MCSA courses.
    • Computer science graduate is preferred.
    • Live near of new Cairo.
