Job description

    • Implementing MS Dynamics Products according to MS sure step methodology.
    • Participate in Managing projects, planning, and follow up.
    • Presents to and works with C-level, either solo or as part of an implementation team.
    • Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops.
    • Modify Clients business cycles to reach the standard business levels.
    • Set up an application for Fit Gap Analysis.
    • Conduct Fit Gap Analysis.
    • Create Functional design specifications.
    • Perform requirements definition tasks, develop and design specification documents, and perform programming and prototyping tasks.
    • Prepare internal and customer-facing documents.
    • System configurations.
    • Assist in the identification and creation of process test scenarios.
    • Conduct Key User training.
    • Go-live support.
    • Develop a working knowledge of business software implementation issues.
    • Tests trains and troubleshoots the system with the customer, providing the initial level of support for the assigned product.
    • Advise customers when required on additional products and services.
    • Responsible for timely entry of time in the timesheets system.
    • Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks. Ensure that project deliverable are completed on time and anticipate issues or conditions that may impact the original estimate or project budget.
    • Conduct pre-sales activities such as demonstrating the product to prospects.
    • Support license definition and service estimations for functional tasks.

    • Bachelor degree in Management information system or any related field.
    • 3-5years of experience in Dynamics AX, consultancy.
    • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations.
    • Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
