    Certainly one of the most progressive and fastest growing of the major Saudi conglomerates, this group is looking to ensure top level governance, strategic and operational development across it’s various subsidiary companies operating in a broad range of sectors across Saudi and beyond. The group companies vary in size from entrepreneurial to large caps, but nearly all are going through significant growth and transformation either organically or through buy and build strategies. With billions of Saudi riyals of growth prospects the group is determined that it’s subsidiary company senior management is supported and able to deliver not only to the best of their current capabilities, but also to take them beyond to to the pinnacle of their potential performance.

    As such we are seeking a world class CEO with experience of delivering at the highest level and in a broad range of business situations to spend around 15 days per annum advising CEOs on leadership, strategy, operational development using their experience of the opportunities and pitfalls in dynamic business environments to drive an extra level of performance out of companies with enormous potential and significant support. The individual will also work with the board of the holding company to develop it’s portfolio management strategy, group operational strategy and as the group has a very large international investment portfolio also the potential of interim management assignments of international investee businesses.

    Given the scale of the business and the opportunity we are not seeking executive coaches, management consultants or good CEOs of mid to large level firms, but genuine world beaters who have performed at the highest levels in some of the world’s greatest companies. As such we would welcome applications from individuals with all of the following:

    • Must have operated at CEO level of significant sized companies for at least 10 years.
    • Must have operated at CEO level of a major FTSE 100, Eurotop, S&P 500 or equivalent business for at least 4 years.
    • Will have operated across a broad base of business situations, such as post merger integration, operational transformation, managing growth, strategic realignment etc.
    • Will be able to demonstrate a tangible record of successful leadership and company performance.
    • Must be able to commit at least 15 days per annum.
