Job description

    Restaurant Management operation and the development of plans and sales development to maintain the expenditure according to the budget assessments, staff development and training and ensure the efficiency of workers in restaurants and the emphasis on the application of steps the service and the company's policies and achieving high customer satisfaction, the order of the new openings.
    *Tasks and responsibilities
    • Traffic on the restaurant once a month to see the progress of work on the nature and problems

    • access to quality and report the results discussed with the area managers and directors of follow-up areas in the implementation of the plans in this regard

    • the link between area managers and restaurant managers in the event of any problems
    • Assessment of area managers, according to the agreed performance evaluation and follow-up periodically with restaurant managers by presenting models of performance evaluation in accordance with the agreed dates
    • recommendation to raise salaries for jobs due to a promotion and qualified staff in accordance with the vacant places in restaurants in coordination with area managers and the adoption of internal transfer of employees in restaurants
    • Maintenance follow-up report sent from restaurants and make sure maintenance manager with the implementation of the priorities and the necessary corrections
    • Visit the new restaurants before the openings and coordination with regard to equipment, tools, construction and employment and ensure the availability of all necessary ahead of opening
    • Systems proposal to raise the sales and Up selling
    • Follow up with Purchasing Management
    • Follow up with HR regarding appointments, employment and prepare a plan for employment Restaurants and ensure continuous productivity and raise the efficiency factor compared to the volume of sales
    • preparation of the plan sales annually and discuss with financial management and to ensure the achievement of desired profit for the company and the adoption of the sales numbers with the company's CEO.
    • Develop incentive policies with HRM to raise the productivity of workers and the creation of a competitive environment and health to work
    • Attend monthly meetings with senior management and review investigator of the business and discuss the problems in the rest of the departments - if any - and develop solutions to them
    • Monitoring the performance of call center and reports periodically and solve problems that may occur in restaurants operationally
    • Adoption of the annual increase in operating and management personnel to ensure the application of the principle of "salary top efficiency"
    • follow-up comments from guests quality management and take the necessary corrective action
