Job description

    1-Ensure the timely and accurate update of all attendance and vacation records for all employees.
    2-Support in the preparation of all documents required for new employees’ orientation.
    3-Responsible for issues contracts, deals with social insurance for new hires and also handles resignation or resigning employees.
    4-Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires (promotions, transfer, performance reviews, terminations ...etc.).
    5-Maintain the social and medical insurance.
    6-Implement the employment procedure in relation to the hiring and resignation/termination process, to ensure full compliance with the labor law and organizations policies and procedures.
    7-Assistant the completion and update of the periodical governmental forms required by the Insurance and Labor Offices.
