Job description

    1-Planning & Scheduling:
    -Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following:
    -Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives.
    -Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule.
    -Managing team members if the schedule will be created by group of planners and schedulers for aggressive time line.
    -Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Office).
    -Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations.
    -Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets.
    -Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule.
    -Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules.
    2-Monitor & Control:
    -Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.).
    -Generating periodic client invoices.
    -Performing progress presentations.
    -Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay.
    -Developing revised schedule in case of change orders.
    -EOT analysis and justification reports.

Job requirements

    1-Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
    2-Minimum 3 Years in Experience.
    3-Technical and practical knowledge of all disciplines
    4-Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
    5-Excellent communication skills and strong English capability.
