Handle Centers' approval requests and provide them with necessary guidance and support in order to meet customer needs and enhance quality standards.
Develop new QMS procedures and process in accordance with quality department yearly objectives
Maintain QMS developed procedures and system performance.
Management of QMS generated records.
Plan, conduct and maintain external/internal quality audit programs/plans to assure a high level of QDB Qualifications delivery quality and the conduct of examinations.
Development of quality issues analysis reports and recommended improvement proposals.
Follow up on improvement proposals actions status.
Assurance of efficient implementation of improvement actions by elimination of detected quality issues.
Follow-up and assure efficient implementation of External Verifiers’ recommendations with regard to centers approval status.
Identify and develop business opportunities for QDB products and services.
Bachelor’s degree from related discipline.
Certifications are an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
2+ years of experience with implementation of QMS programs.
Knowledge of quality tools, concepts and methodologies.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.
Dealing with ambiguity.
Attention to details. Strong Communication skills - verbal and written.
Knowledge of risk assessment, data collection, management and analysis.
Problem analysis and problem solving.
Advanced Planning and organizing skills.
Advanced Presentation Skills.

Experience in Education Market is preferable, especially in the vocational field
