Job description
-
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Production or Chemical Engineers are preferable) with minimum of 2.5 GPA
Experience: 0-2 years
Perform and coordinate quality/inspection activities between Alshrouk Co., the suppliers and other 3rd parties
Coordinate any activities aimed at obtaining Quality certification vs. worldwide standards.
Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the reliability and performance of products and processes of manufacturing.
Witness all stages of production and provide verification of product compliance with specifications
Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
Create Quality follow-up plans
Prepare QA reports on a timely basis
Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc
Execute the planned control activities regarding raw-materials, semi-finished and finished products.
Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
Insure proper certification and testing completion prior to each phase of production
Responsible for the specification and validation of inspection tools and gages for suppliers.
Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
Drive resolution through weekly meetings with supplier
Monitor that the agreed corrective actions are carried out by the relevant functions/units.
Perform pre-shipment inspections as final inspection activities for product release in accordance with customer requirements
Other duties as assigned.

• Participate in supplier audit program –planning, execution and closure
