Job description

    Receive the operational hiring requests from the HRBPs.
    Prepare a pool of tracking sheet.
    Conduct phone interviews and then face-to-face interviews for the Blue Collars.
    Coordinate with the line manager to meet the shortlisted candidates.
    Follow up with the accepted candidates by preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
    Prepare weekly reports related to the tracking sheets and the hiring status.

Job requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
    1-3 years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
    Comfortable with blue collars positions & their requirements.
    Previous experience in mass hiring is a plus.
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent time management skills.
    Professionalism, and organization skills.
    Very good written and spoken English.
