Job description

    Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management
    Work on setting up meetings with clients and presenting all the companies project details to the client
    Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
    Promote sales of properties through cold calls, prospecting, handling, leads, and networking.
    Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
    Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
    Provide daily reports, potential clients confirmed meetings, surveys, units status reports to the team leader
