Job description
•Maintain and execute the day to day operations of fan pages on social networks
•Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
•Ability and creativity to integrate and effectively use all social media channels highly common among online communities
•Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
•Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
•Maintain and optimize social editorial calendar and analyze key metrics and updated performance reports
•Collaborate with internal departments (client service, business development, design, etc.) to research and develop key issue communications for Social Media.
•Monitoring and tracking of Social Media accounts in terms of data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
•Create end of campaign reports for clients.
