Job description

    A.Responsible for E2E Carrier software solution/offer/price design and requirement communication with Telecom Carriers starting from customer engagement till project delivery, finally to clinch a deal and high quality delivery for software projects, achieve win-win results.

    B.Responsible for existing opportunity follow up and gather the new customer requirements to generate new BSS/VAS market plan. Lead business opportunities with customer, collect technical requirements, lead technical solution team to deliver product matching customer requirements.

    C.Build/maintain the own customer relationship for BSS/VAS project, Responsible for maintaining customer relationship and holding joint activities with customer. Guide the customer for reasonable business plan and make the appropriate decision for the investment on IT equipments and services.

    D.Carry out detailed study, analysis and subsequent preparation of solution strategy in response to customer RFP/RFQ/RFIs for IT related project.

    E.Responsible for all bidding activities in IT bid project including customer requirement analysis, E2E solution preparation, driving the solution in the team with interrelated departments (service, related products)

    F.Responsible for preparing comprehensive proposal in response to RFI, RFQ and RFP, following a systematic process defined in the organization, identifying the risk along with the mitigation plan.

Job requirements

    A.Bachelor (or above) degree with major of communications, computers, electronics, etc.

    B.At least 4 years work experience in Telecommunication industry.

    C.Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English;

    D.Solid knowledge on telecommunication network architecture, familiar with one or two solutions in Telecom Industry: Revenue Management, Customer Management, IPCC, VAS, SDP, BI, DWH, MBB, etc.

    E.Understand of the Telecom business, industry events and the network solutions trends especially for Egypt.

    F.Experience working in Telecom operators is preferred. to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-culture dynamic environment; be willing to travel once in a while.
