    -Creating and updating the data base for trainers/facilitators/instructors.
    -Collecting surveys for the trainings needed in the market.
    -conducting training programs.
    -Design and develop training programs when needed.  
     Revise training outlines from instructors and ensure it deliver the desired outcome and cope with center strategy.
