• Work will include daily out-bounding to clients via phone, email and face to face meetings, managing all aspects of the business as it relates to our customers. • Comprehensive follow-up to ensure client’s complete satisfaction with the service • Up-selling services where applicable. • Developing new contacts within your client base to spread awareness of our services. • Researching and understanding each client's business to identify new opportunities. • Handling incoming client requests; problem solving as necessary. • Negotiating and renewing client contracts to meet and exceed revenue goals. • Negotiate/Execute agreement with authorized representatives to display/sell Charter products and services • Maximize implementation of corporate agreements • Sell Charter products and services, conduct product demonstrations and provide consumer education/support • Assist in customer issues and complaint resolution
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets. • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing. • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. • You will actively maintain the accuracy and validity of data of customers within your portfolio
