Respond to all clients' inquiries by understanding their problems, search for solutions in align with the company’s policies, then collect the required data to provide feedback to the clients’ and ensure their conviction of the solution. Record all proposals which have been submitted by the clients to improve the provided services. Measure customer satisfaction with the provided services
