Control the project cost in the coordination with the direct manager, who in turn coordinate with the department’s director. Prepare periodic cost reports. Preparing projects' time schedules at the tendering and execution phases, as well as updating the time schedule regularly during the project's execution and updates all users and concerned parties with the changes made in the schedule according to the pre-set schedule DTR: Prepare prospective projects' bar charts during the tendering phase according to the pre prepared Method statement and the prospective projects' specifications and timelines. Prepare prospective projects' cash flow during the tendering phase according to the assigned resources/ tendering department's financial input. Prepare the Base line time schedule for all current projects during the execution phase, based on the overall execution plan, and clearly identifies the starting/ finishing dates of all activities performed in the specified projects, and approves it from the assigned project manager. Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline schedules and updates all of the current projects' time schedules on a monthly basis/ or as per the contract terms. Calculate the variation orders' time impact on the current projects' time schedule and updates the schedule accordingly. Follow up on the actual work volume executed in all current projects, in order to update the current time schedules status. Compare the actual executed work volume for all current projects with the expected work volume as specified in the base line time schedules. Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates. Archive all approved (project manager/ consultant engineer) baseline time schedules for the current projects Forward the time schedules updates as per the assigned dates for each project. Prepare Progress reports for all current projects' statuses in order to clarify the main reasons for any delays or deviations in the time schedules. The ability of issuing any adjustments at the time programs or cash flow plans in accordance with any amendments or any contingency plans may requested by the direct manager according to the top management’s vision in order to increase the project profitability. Any other work related assignments as required from his/ her direct supervisor, example: issuing the quarterly costing report if necessary.
