•To provide sound advice to potential buyers. He must present real estate properties in the best light to promote sales and offer financing advice based on each client’s needs. His job requires knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide his customers with integrity and build their trust. •Establish / develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients. •Successfully attain listings, negotiate the sale of property to settle and complete appropriate paperwork. •Keep up to date with current market conditions, government grants •Convince prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms. •Send out details of new properties on the market to people on your database. •Make appointments and show buyers around a property. •Find buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price. •Communicate with the customer, follow up through CRM system, select the available units from the projects and follow-up with the client to finalize signing the contracts and cheques procedures. •Send monthly reports to the sales team leader regarding the clients’ calls and there status for either the interested or non-interested clients.
