-Responsible to develop strategic content with a specific focus on development and production for the target audience for any given stream. -Develop and pitch new creative digital video content for initiatives or/ using original, licensed and repurposed content. -Work closely with the Head of Stream to develop the overall look and feel of all video production, including the editorial development of storylines, formats, and graphics’ guidelines. -Work closely with marketing, social media and research teams to improve video programming offering, and increase viewership on platforms based on performance research. -Partner up with the brand content and the brand integration team to identify possible integration within video/production offerings. -Monitor local and global competitive digital production platforms to identify new trends and social topics to incorporate into the existing MBC editorial strategy. -Manage producers on day-to-day tasks, ensuring the content produced is aligned with established policies. -Publish final and edited work to the needed shows’ platforms, and across social media. -Follow-up on the analytics and online content performance, and align with Head of Stream on the same. -Maintain a high caliber of an output of work individually, as well as from the team of digital producers.

-Within a content stream, directly manage assigned platforms and supervising a team of community managers that are assigned to the same accounts -Develop strategies and success metrics (KPIs) for assigned platforms, and monitor achievements against unit target (Growth, Engagement, Retention, and Traffic) -Moderate the conversation on social platforms to ensure a healthy presence in line with MBC policies -Work closely with content teams within stream to implement best practices in designing and publishing content for each platform -Prepare weekly, monthly reports for review by the Head of Stream listing a SWAT Report along with tangible recommendations on areas of improvements focusing on growth/engagement and traffic of overall platforms -Responsible for the ongoing operational management, strategic development, and improvement of the community managers (direct reports) and their day-to-day duties -Collaborate with Head of Stream, Community Managers and Editorial team on community and crisis response plans, as well as detailed deliverable for the fiscal period in concern -Build relationship with cross-departmental stakeholders and acts as a single point of contact and communication for assigned accounts, with designated teams -Provide ongoing expertise and guidance in delivering the best selection of tools, team, and processes to deliver engaging content on social platforms
