In coordination with After Sales Support Engineer to compile and prepare a list of users, maintain instrument files. -To prepare weekly plan and daily reports and include all details of interest participate in serious suggestions for better improvements, propose visits and activities for the next week -Provide any assistance during presence in the office, of administration nature, whenever requested -To be responsible for the competition file (handling, filing, updating, etc.) -Maintain an awareness of competitors activities and developments in associated techniques and ensure that the information is collected and made available, as and when required since this is a very important part of the business -Prepare quarterly list of any demo kits if required based on the activity plan -Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. -Manage account services through quality checks and another follow-up. -Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. -Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff -Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
