You will diligently manage the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Elimination with the aim of enabling the organization to evaluate the impact of its malaria elimination initiatives The M amp E Manager will oversee the monitoring and evaluation (M amp E) of the activities supported under the grant and their resultant impact on the region s elimination goals He She will coordinate the collection and aggregation of data from contractors and implementing partners as part of the project evaluation He She will develop strong working relationships with the national malaria control programs and implementing partners to develop the requisite capacity for harmonized reporting of a high quality, and to implement data verification and quality improvement exercises, contributing to reliable reporting on the grant targets He She will be highly experienced in the management of health information systems in the context of this region, with robust experience in advanced quantitative analysis He She will have a track record of delivering results in complex environments He She will be an innovative problem solver, with a strong work ethic, and proven experience in working diplomatically with a wide range of health systems and information officers to rapidly scale improvements in data quality and analysis

The Procurement and Operations specialist will oversee procurement related activities under the grant, closely monitor all procurement processes by the PR, ensuring that procurement is in line with workplans and goals, that the procurement rules are adhered to, and that the highest efficiency and transparency in the use of the funds is achieved He She will develop strong working relationships with the procurement offices and Global Fund PRs in the Elimination member countries, harmonizing procurement related aspects of global fund malaria programming In addition to the procurement functions, He She will be responsible for all administrative (contractual, organizational and logistical) matters related to grant implementation and will deputize the Grant Coordinator in the implementation of day to day projects He She will be highly experienced in the technical aspects of procurement and contracting, with experience in operations management for a regional or international agency He She will be an innovative problem solver, with a track record of delivering results in complex environments, a strong work ethic, and proven experience in interfacing with a wide range of stakeholders, including governments and donors
