Skills Bank Research and Development Team: The Learning Designer works across the content design and Participants Experience Designs and develops instructional & Experiential materials for workshops that support our Clients training needs.The Learning Designer brings strong analytical and conceptual thinking to create inventive and interactive training and experiences for participants. Additionally, this position works closely with other designers and subject matter experts to transform training materials into highly engaging practical experiences for participants. Main responsibilities: • Design and develop learning solutions based on Skills Bank Training Methodology • Develop materials, activities, simulations and Case studies that map to our curriculum learning objectives. • Test and refine content, based on Skills Bank Evaluators feedback • Following the launch of course/curriculum, analyze areas of low learner engagement to propose potential course redesign to improve the effectiveness of instruction • Keep up to date on learning tools, trends, and ideas to offer innovative solutions to instructional principles and practices including design thinking, adult learning principles, blended learning and interactive training. • Develop Assessments as per needed to follow the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Levels

Main responsibilities: • Work with Skills Bank learning team to Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path and support their personal development; • Conduct effective training workshops on specific topics, deploy a wide variety of training methods; • Monitor and evaluate participant progress a long with Skills Bank evaluator to provite accurate information in Training Report • Ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior; • Work with Skills Bank Material Designer to oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals; • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employees training and development and implement them in trainings delivering.
