The Service Coordinator needs to maximize the effectiveness of the Service Department by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of customer service support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. The following need to be fulfilled accordingly:- • Technicians visits scheduling and planning on daily basis. • Responsible for technical department response time and customer satisfaction. • Ensure that Technician visits are on time (Checking and Replying daily e-mails). • Follow up and sending reminders to clients for the provision of services. • Field visit for potential accounts to offer a service contract and maintaining a superior customer support. • Spare parts stock & prices including labor fees. • Ensuring that Claims are properly entered on the system. • Before leaving office need to follow up with the Technicians if they require any support. • Perform tasks as per direct manager’s instructions
• Follow up on daily plans and preparations for meetings. • Follow up on last day quotations. • Visit potential customers for new business. • Identify new markets and business opportunities. • Provide customers with quotations. • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems. • Performing duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor • Clear and accurate reporting (Data base, Forecast & Prospects).
