Job Title: Merchandiser Assistant Job Location: Dubai -UAE Reporting to: Managing Director Work environment: Indoor and out door Job description: 1) Responsible for receiving merchandises from vendors and distributing to to merchants 2) Check up the display in the retail shops 3) Mange the purchasing process from receiving orders , do the online purchasing, receiving the merchandises and doing the necessary needed follow up with the shipping agents and the banks. 4) Submits detailed reports to Cairo office for tracking work. Coordinating the work flow between the company and the following: A- Online buyers, Shipping companies and correspondence banks. B- Production supplier to receive count review and report, Retail shops follow up display, sales , collection replenishment payment. Requirements & Qualifications: 1) Gender: Preferably female 2) Business or Arts graduate. 3) 10 years of solid sales experience, in a related field. 4) 5 years of minimum experience in online merchandising / e-commerce 5) Must have proven experience in e- commerce, merchandise, and proficient in retail math. 6) Experience in dealing with shipping companies 7) Experience coordinating with third party sellers in a marketplace model. 8) Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with key merchants. Organized, methodical and efficient. 9) Self directed and able to work efficiently on his/ her own 10) Self motivated and a strong team player. 11) Detail oriented with ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously. 12) Excellent command of English (written & spoken). 13) Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. 14) Excellent presentation & communication skills. 15) Is already resident in Dubai *Compensation: Basic salary + transportation allowance + incentive + bonus Please send your CV with recent Passport size Photo Sponsored Residence of UAE Only
