We are looking to hire a full-time Video Producer & Director to supervise and manage all aspects of video production for the agency ensuring quality of output meets industry standards, client standards, and delivery deadlines. We’re looking for a hard-working self-starter as adept managing a team of camera operators and editors as they are directing a shoot for the agency. Your role will include: - Oversee all aspects of in-house Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production activities for video projects to ensure the delivery of quality and creative video material as per client requirements. - Take an active part in pitches, and brainstorms for projects requiring video production and liaising closely with different departments, and with supervision from the agency Executive Creative Director. - Prepare production budgets for video projects in consultation with agency management. - Select suitable material for video projects, develop shot lists and running orders, translations, subtitling and V/O recordings. - Supervision of storyboards, videographer schedules, on-location direction of shoot, selection of shots and supervision of editing. - Manage client expectations and co-ordinate the approvals process for video work hand-in-hand with the client-servicing team. - Negotiate competitive rates with freelance talent, production crew, equipment rental companies, animation and video production houses etc. - Perform any other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor and/or company management relating to video production. - Editing content with a natural flair to deliver the vision of the agency creative team is essential. - Creating and editing motion graphics, and creating custom “bumpers”, backgrounds etc… with the design department.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Social Media Exec to ensure consistency across all our social media platforms and deliver great campaigns to over 150 clients. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain a strong and engaging social media presence across all our platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Periscope. • Crafting and posting social media content and posts on multiple platforms on a daily basis. • You will work across all departments including editorial, sales, creative, and video production to ensure we deliver on the requirements of our sites, as well as for paying clients who are to be featured on our sites. • Managing a team of social media execs photographers, and videographers who will be attending events on behalf of the social media department to generate content. • Working with product managers to manage an in-house budget for boosting social media across all platforms. • Working with in house production team to create engaging content on a daily basis. • Ensuring constant flow of engaging content on all platforms especially on “slow” social media days. • Ensure consistent tone of voice and visual guidelines; provide input and strategic direction to ensure all content is on-brand • On-going and actionable analysis of social media content performance
