Media Republic is looking for an Associate Creative Director. This position works closely with the agency’s Creative Director and Account Servicing to ideate and execute 360° campaigns. ACD will be responsible for leading conceptual development and ideation process and must be adept at both ideation and execution, directing the creative teams in the execution of projects, creative team management and mentorship, client relations and quality assurance across all creative deliverables. Responsibilities include receiving client briefs, presenting agency work, and effectively implementing feedback. The ACD is a collaborator, an innovator, a facilitator, a visual communicator and inspires our team from the excitement of the preliminary big idea through to the challenges of the small details in the final execution. Your Role Includes: - Leading a collaborative team of art directors, copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, video editors, production specialists, illustrators and photographers. - Developing creative solutions and innovations that meet our client’s needs and elevate Media Republic’s profile. - Promoting a culture of creative quality and accountability and ensure Media Republic’s creative deliverables meet both our clients’ expectations and our own standards of excellence. - Collaborating with Client Servicing to understand the client’s strategies and implement it during the creative process. - Effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies to both clients and our internal team. - Managing the member’s of the creative team’s individual performance, skills, training and development. - Developing, and implementing monitor quality standards across all creative department deliverables. - Identifying projects that are not coming together as planned, and determine approach and dictate course correction.

Your client servicing role will include: - Writing and presenting client communications plans, and aiding in the preparation of creative pitches. - Managing client relationships on a daily basis and ensuring we’re meeting their expectations for performance. - Managing the internal account team including account executives, and in part, creative deadlines provided by the creative department. - Managing client budgets according to approved plans. - Liaising with third-party service providers on behalf of clients. - Organizing and attending client events and activations. - Creating weekly/monthly reports, and reporting on account progress on a monthly basis. - Attending agency photo shoots & video shoots - Attending weekly meetings and conference calls. - Various administrative duties.
Media Republic is looking for a Social Media Manager to head up the social media and content creation department for their award winning sites: Cairo 360 and Cairo Gossip, and their clients. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Social Media Manager to ensure consistency across all our social media platforms and deliver great campaigns to over 150 clients. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain a strong and engaging social media presence across all our platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Periscope. • Crafting and posting social media content and posts on multiple platforms on a daily basis. • You will work across all departments including editorial, sales, creative, and video production to ensure we deliver on the requirements of our sites, as well as for paying clients who are to be featured on our sites. • Managing a team of social media execs photographers, and videographers who will be attending events on behalf of the social media department to generate content. • Working with product managers to manage an in-house budget for boosting social media across all platforms. • Working with in house production team to create engaging content on a daily basis. • Ensuring constant flow of engaging content on all platforms especially on “slow” social media days. • Ensure consistent tone of voice and visual guidelines; provide input and strategic direction to ensure all content is on-brand • On-going and actionable analysis of social media content performance
