Conducts the whole Process of Implementing Human Resources Management System (Installation, Configuration, Training and Live Coverage) Conducts the technical customer Training sessions as per standard and make sure that client apply working cycle through implemented application. Diagnoses customer problems & provides appropriate solutions in a timely manner Maintain HRMS linkage to the customer’s total rewards & HR long term & short term objectives. Aligning HRMS to the customer’s HR policies and practices, automating all HR processes through the HRMS. Ensure recording and maintenance of the customer’s employees information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, disciplinary actions…. Etc Maintains high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs. Provide regular reports to Management describing customer’s situations work status & recommending necessary actions on both Technical and Non- Technical Issues Availability for any emergency Situations 24/7 including readiness to travel inside or Outside Egypt.
- Install new Database’s instances [9i/10g/11G] - Maintain and support database engines. - Identify problem root causes, and propose solutions - Database Tuning and performance. - Backup and restore operations for databases. - Manage internal and external customer - Installing Operating System ( Windows 2008-2012). - Including all components, subsystems and system design. Prepared installation schedules. - Reviewed technical proposals. - Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs of system operation verification. - Responds to client inquiries concerning operation systems and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operation problems. - Solve technical problems during installation due to lake of preparation and improper planning. - Diagnose and repair machines/system Software using standard technique in case of failure condition in a timely manner.
