• Previous sales experience (3 years minimum) preferably selling to “C” level decision makers. • Demonstrated ability to prospect for your own leads as well as cultivate leads from marketing and other sources to consistently fill the sales pipeline • Strong ability to turn leads into opportunities and move through a sales process to effectively close business • Track record of setting and achieving sales goals. • Effective at building relationships with new prospects and transferring current customers to new platforms • Experience in developing and managing a geographic sales territory • Previous experience in software sales and/or selling to manufacturers a plus • Negotiation skills to work with a prospect from the initial call to close • Travel 30 - 50 % primarily within the sales region as needed • Good communicator both written and verbally • Strong presentation skills • Presents well to the customer at all times • Excellent relationship builder • Positive, enthusiastic attitude to work and life • Self-starter who wants to hit the ground running • Strong work ethic • Ability to match customer problems to solutions • Honest, dependable and professional attitude • Willingness to learn new technologies
